This quote tells us that if you want to learn how to do something you must practice it in order to learn how to do it. When I was smaller i wanted to learn who to  ride a bike and i would get mad because I wouldn't learn fast and my mom would tell me that it takes time.From that moment I realize that it take time to learn how do new thing in life and that you must practice.So when you what to learn some thing just keep in mind that it takes time and you learn to do by doing.In oder for me to get an “A” on a test i must practice becaues i can’t just get an “A” like that.
