- Have the courage to face the truth
- Do the right thing because it is right.
If you always follow this 3 step you will live a fantastic life and will always be happy. You must stand for what’s right and always man up for yourself. Having the courage to say no is a key to living your life with integrity because you you are the one that is going to speak up for yourself and not do bad thing .
