“You can’t be right by doing wrong;you can’t be wrong by doing right.”

“You can’t be right by doing wrong;you can’t be wrong by doing right.”
Thomas S. Monson
This quote means that whatever you do right is never going to be wrong. And whatever you do wrong is never going to be right. Like in the Holocaust kid would lie about their age in order to survive. They did a bad thing to survive because they were too young they would kill them because they would be worthless. So they would have to lie to not get killed and lying is bad but they were in need of lying this doesn’t mean lying is a right thing they did wrong to survive.

“Enthusiasm makes the difference.”

“Enthusiasm makes the difference.”
Dr. Norman Vincent Peale

This quote mean that when you do something with enthusiasm it makes a difference because you think different about it. Enthusiasm changes the way you want to do something because enthusiasm is a good vibe to do something you want to do but you're not sure about doing. Like when my friends play football they don’t play good because the don’t play with enthusiasm. So when this happens i always tell them to play football and then we play soccer and that is when they start to play with enthusiasm.Enthusiasm is like motivation to do something. When you do something with enthusiasm you do it with a good motivation. If you do everything with enthusiasm you are going to love what you do and you are always going to want to do it.

“I wasn’t trying to leave a legacy. I was trying to do what was right.”

“I wasn’t trying to leave a legacy. I was trying to do what was right.”

                                                       Dean Smith

This quote is basically saying that he didn’t want to to be known as the best couch he was just doing what was right and then good karma came to him by doing good. And he was not proud when he was known as the best couch because he said “why should I be happy for doing what is right.” He thinks that doing the right think should be something you known for. You might get good karma but get known for doing the right is not good because you always need to be a CTR person.

-Theodore Roosevelt

Like for example me I’m growing up and sooner or later I’m going to have to make decisions and the decisions I make will be bace on my future so if you make good decisions you would have a good future. So your eventually going to grow up and have to make your own decisions without anybody’s help.

Like if you do drugs you’re not taking care of your body and then later you might get brain damage or might not be able to do physical things. The is this one guy that use to live next to me he would inject himself drugs and then like a few years later he lost his legs. So in order to have a physical, mental, and spirit life you must take care of your body, mind, and spirit.

We need the courage

“We need the courage to START and CONTINUE what we should do,and the courage to STOP what we shouldn’t do.”

- Richard L. Evans
This is telling us that if something is right and we have to do it then we need to stand up and do the right things that we to do. Like when you get homework you need the courage to start and continue to do your homework because it’s the right thing to do. But if something is wrong you need to stop doing whatever is it that you're doing. You need the courage to stop doing the bad things. Like you're  in bad steps and you’re trying to change your life you need the courage to stop what you shouldn’t be doing.
School Break Days

This winter break I had a lot of fun with my family the first week of my break my family did posadas it part of our religion. A posada is when people get together and celebrate the birth of Jesus. In a posada they give you food and candy and you get to feel that Christmas spirit inside of you. We do like seven posadas and every family choices a day so that it can be in their house and that last one is on the 23 of December.
This year I really did get no presents but I still had a great time with my family. It was also a bad winter break because the NFL Raiders didn’t make it to the Super Bowl their last game was against the Texans and the score was 12-27 and it was a bad game. But what matters is that i had a great time with my family.
