This quote means that if you are intelligent but your character is bad then it not enough because some one who is really intelligent has a good character.The goal for you to be a good educated person you must be intelligent and have a great character because that is education. The goal of education is not just to be a intelligent person but to have a good and great character. Martin Luther King was a guy with very good character and was also intelligent because he tried to end racism the right way not by fight he did everything the right way and that is what made him be good educator to other people. So remember that the goal of education is to be intelligent and have a great character.
