In addition to certification, operating room technicians typically need some postsecondary education.
Salary:$45,940
Education:Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program is necessary to become initially certified as a surgical technologist. Training programs are available through a variety of educational settings, including community and junior colleges, vocational and technical schools, military institutions, universities and hospitals
Reflection: I wouldn’t to work as a Operating Room Technician because I don’t like working with blood and I wouldn’t like for people's life to depend on me.
